[Frustrated!] I cannot access my account!!

    Hi there to who ever can help me!
    I have an account but of course lost the password and sense I used an email account that is not my personal I don't even remember what was it :(
    I will love to access my account. if any one can help me here please!

    To get on, and fairly quickly, you might want to register for a new account using the translation of your username........which I remember/ The accounts can be merged later.

    To gain access to an old account we need confirmation of the username the email address on the account and your date of birth, if all of them match then we can re-set the password, if you can email the info over to help@passhugs.com then we can help from there.

    We can only merge accounts if the info on the old account we are given matches \h

    We don't need the password and we cannot check that anyway, but we do need the username, the email address on the account and the date of birth in order to be able to change the password. This is for security reasons.

    I found my account in pass hugs, sent an email to the Help but haven't get an answer yet.
    I don't know what else to do.

    Nothing has come through on Passhugs yet that I can find........the best thing you can do is register for a new account, make your username different, but something related, and we'll take it from there.

    The best thing to do, is to email again with the info if we haven't received it yet. Help@passhugs.com as soon as it is there we will respond. The mailbox is checked daily.

    I have responded to the email that you have sent, if you read it, it will explain a couple of things that you may wish to check. In the meantime, if you need / want access to the boards, please create a new account as per the email I've sent back, we are having difficulties with account confirmation.

    Well all I can do now is to open an other account, this happen when you over protect yourself LOL, I probable made up things that i cannot remember now :(
    I am glad to know that PASS is really on it with the protection of the users tho!
